I am awed with the myriad moods and beauties of the south Texas landscape. For over twenty years, the visual interpretation of this land’s mercurial countenance has been my primary focus and what motivates me to paint. I avoid intentional realistic rendering, preferring to create imagined, yet archetypical, atmospheric landscapes.
